• Communicates concerns regarding specific players
to the League Director
• Attends Coaches meetings as called by Director of Coaches
• Provides copies of team line-up to umpire and announcer
before each game (player’s name and number)
• Manages team equipment and ensures its arrival before
each game
• Assists players as they cross home plate
• Ensures that the game keeps moving to avoid running past
the start time for the next scheduled game
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and concern for each player and
family
Assistant Coach
• Appointed by Director of Coaches
Assistant Coach Responsibilities
• Assists Head Coach and Team Mom with team activities
• Verifies that each player has an assigned buddy
• Arrives at field 30 minutes prior to game time
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and concern for each player and
family
Team Mom
• Appointed by Team Mom Chairman
Team Mom Responsibilities
• Assists Head Coach and Assistant Coach with team activities
• Provides Team Mom Chairman with player uniform requirements
(sizes, quantity, etc.)
• Ensures that each player receives a uniform
• Maintains regular contact with players and their families
to provide information on upcoming events or schedule
changes
• Arrives at field 30 minutes prior to game time
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and concern for each player and
family
